MAGNOLIA GARDENS, we believe in the concepts of Assisted Living including
choice, independence, individuality, dignity and privacy. All out
staff are thoroughly trained and continually updated on the latest trends
in the health care industry.
Our facility is customer service oriented and we
have an open door policy that encourages staff, resident and family input.
We believe that visibility and accessibility of our staff and administrator
is a key factor in collecting feedback from resident and families about
our programs and services.
MAGNOLIA GARDENS prides itself not only in treating
our residents with the utmost respect but we carry over this philosophy
with our staff to make a well-rounded family atmosphere. Our
highly trained staff is educated and valued for their efforts. Because
of the appreciation shown to our staff on a daily basis, many of our original
staff continue to work at MAGNOLIA GARDENS enabling us to remain deficiency
free during our annual state inspections. Furthermore, the New Jersey
Department of Health has awarded MAGNOLIA GARDENS the prestigious Best
Practice Award in “The Social Experience: using Resident Feedback
to Enhance Activities, Recreation and Leisure” for year 2006.
